Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

MI LIFE MASTERY sells "धन का उजाला" — a digital ebook (PDF format) authored by Amit Kumar Singh. Because this is a digital product that can be instantly downloaded and permanently accessed after purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable.

2. Why No Refunds?

Digital products are fundamentally different from physical goods. Once a PDF file is downloaded, it cannot be "un-downloaded" or returned. The buyer retains permanent access to the intellectual property contained in the ebook. This is the standard industry practice for digital goods, including ebooks, software, courses, and other downloadable content.

Offering refunds on digital products would create a situation where a buyer could download the ebook, consume its contents, and then request a refund — effectively receiving the product for free. To protect the intellectual property of the author and maintain fairness for all paying customers, we do not offer refunds.

3. What You Should Do Before Purchasing

Before purchasing "धन का उजाला," we encourage you to:

4. Technical Issues

If you experience a genuine technical problem — such as the download link not working, a corrupted file, or being unable to access the ebook after payment — please contact us at support@milifemastery.com within 7 days of your purchase. Include your Order ID and a description of the issue. We will:

• Provide an alternative download link
• Re-send the ebook to your email address
• Resolve the technical issue so you can access your purchase

This is not a refund — it is a guarantee that you will receive the product you paid for. If we are unable to deliver the ebook due to a confirmed technical failure on our end (not user error), we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.

5. Duplicate / Accidental Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the ebook twice (e.g., due to a payment error or page refresh), please contact us at support@milifemastery.com within 7 days with both Order IDs. We will verify the duplicate charge and process a refund for the extra transaction only. This is the sole exception to the no-refund policy.

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback through your bank or card provider without first contacting us is considered a violation of this policy. If you have a problem with your purchase, please contact us first — we will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in your access to the ebook being revoked and future purchases being blocked.

7. Cancellation of Pending Payments

If you have initiated a payment but the transaction has not yet completed, you may close the Razorpay checkout window to cancel the payment. No charge will be made. Once a payment is successfully completed and the ebook is downloaded, the sale is final.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. The policy applicable to your purchase is the one in effect at the time of your purchase.
